This Privacy Policy describes how Stechza ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit stechza.org, contact us, or use applications and services we publish on the App Store, Mac App Store, or distribute directly.

- Project information — details you share with us about a prospective engagement, including budgets, timelines, and confidential business context.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs — when you visit stechza.org, our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamp). These logs are kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
- Application telemetry — where one of our apps collects diagnostic information, it is documented inside that app's own privacy notice. The stechza.org website itself does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your messages and project inquiries.
- Provide and improve our services to clients under contract.
- Protect the security and integrity of our infrastructure.
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

We share information only with the parties needed to operate the studio:
- Infrastructure providers who host our website, email, and source code (currently Hetzner, our domain registrar, and standard email providers).
- Professional advisors such as accountants or legal counsel, bound by confidentiality.

4. Apps published on the App Store
Each application we publish has its own privacy notice and App Store privacy label that describes the data that particular app handles. This website's policy does not override the privacy notice of an installed app — please refer to the in-app legal section or App Store listing for app-specific practices.
5. Data retention
We keep contact and project correspondence for as long as is reasonably needed to provide services and to comply with our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@stechza.org and we will respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Our studio is based in Pakistan and our servers are located in the European Union. By contacting us, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted storage — to protect information against unauthorised access or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to avoid sending highly sensitive information by email.
9. Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced on stechza.org.
